The terms of the refund

The terms of the refund are in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, including the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection.

1. General provisions

1.1. This section regulates the terms of refunds for tickets purchased on our website.
1.2. Refunds are made in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, in particular the Law of Ukraine ‘On Protection of Consumer Rights’.
1.3. Refunds are possible only for unused tickets.

2. Terms of ticket refund

2.1. The ticket can be returned no later than 48 hours before the date of the planned visit, but no later than 14 days after the date of purchase.
2.2. Refunds are available only for tickets purchased through the official website.
2.3. To get a refund, you must submit a corresponding application through the form (sample below) and send it to limpopo-zoo@ukr.net or contact the contact numbers listed on the website.

3. Refund procedure

3.1. To return a ticket, you must provide:
– proof of payment – bank receipt;
– passport or other identity document.

3.2. Upon receipt of the refund request, the company verifies the data within 5 working days.
3.3 The funds will be refunded in the same way as the payment was made within 14 calendar days from the date of confirmation of the refund.

4. Exceptions to the refund policy

4.1 Refunds are not made if:
– the ticket has been used (the visit to the zoo has already taken place);
– a refund application was submitted later than 48 hours before the date of the visit, or 14 days have passed since the date of purchase;
– the ticket was purchased under the promotional conditions, which stated that a refund was not possible.

5. Force majeure circumstances

5.1. In case of cancellation of the event or change of the conditions of attendance due to force majeure (natural disasters, martial law, etc.), the funds may be refunded in full or other dates for attendance may be offered.
